Kim Logan is the brokerage’s Designated Managing Broker and has sold Real Estate in the in the region since 2014. Formerly a broker with Marting Real Estate, Kim gained valuable experience from two of Nauvoo's long-time real estate professionals. Kim was born and raised in the Nauvoo area and is very familiar with available properties.

Jocelyn Priebe has been licensed in real estate in Illinois since 2020 and Iowa since 2021. She grew up 20 miles away in Dallas City and has lived in Nauvoo since 2015. Jocelyn is also a licensed insurance producer with Ramsey Financial Services in Nauvoo. When she isn’t working, you can generally find her watching her two kids playing sports.

Sandra Elaine Pence goes by her middle name, Elaine. Elaine has been a real estate professional for almost five years. She and her husband have been real estate investors and rehabbers for 43 years. They relocated to Nauvoo from Virginia in 2021. She is licensed in both Iowa and Illinois.
